Latest Covid-19 Information for clients of Natural Pain Solutions

6/8/21:  Current Situation Update for Snap Lockdown

Our clinic is currently open for essential care.  Zoom/phone consultations are available for non-essential care.

What It Means For You

All clients with existing appointments scheduled during the lockdown period will receive an SMS link to a screening questionnaire to make sure you fulfil the criteria for a face-to-face appointment.  Clients who don’t fulfil the criteria can either reschedule their treatment or consultation, or if booked for a consultation can change to a Zoom call if appropriate.

If you have not been to see us before and your need is essential (i.e. you believe you will suffer further ill-health or pain from delaying your consultation or treatment) and you would like to make an appointment, please book here or call the clinic on 9876 8786.  We will send you a screening questionnaire by SMS or do a phone clearance. Please note our hours will be reduced over the lockdown.

Collecting Medicines

For clients who only need to purchase more medicines, all medicine collections must be pre-arranged to ensure you arrive when the clinic is attended. Please email your orders via our contact us page or to admin @ and we will contact you for payment and pickup arrangements. Alternatively you may call us on 9876 8786, however please note we are operating on reduced hours so you may need to leave a message.

Pick-up will be from the carpark (please call on arrival and we will run your package out to you).

Be assured that collection of medicines is a valid reason to leave your home and travel further than any distance stipulations.  If you are unsure or feel nervous about the boys and girls in blue, we are happy to provide a letter verifying that you are travelling to the clinic to collect medicines essential for your health.

General Covid-19 Information

Please note it is your responsibility to inform us if you have had any COVID-19 symptoms or exposure in the last 3 weeks.

As of June 24th, the Victorian government encourages all clients and visitors to book in via the QR Code at the desk or on the door.  We also have pen/paper sign-in available for clients who do not use a smart phone, or who use an alternative private operating system to Google or Apple (such as /e/ foundation) and cannot access the Victorian government app.

Please note we welcome all clients, including those with valid reasons for mask exemption as per the DHHS guidelines. Some of our staff members also have mask exemptions. If you do not feel comfortable with this, please let us know in advance so that we can show you directly to a private room upon arrival, or alternatively change your appointment to an online consultation.

Be assured that we are following strict hygiene protocols at the clinic and we have a COVID-Safe plan in place.

Please observe any number limit on patrons before you enter, which will be displayed on the front door if applicable.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call the clinic on 9876 8786 or send us a message.
