Resistance 1 Formula (ChinaMed) - 78 caps × 2

SCOTT SAYS:
This is a traditional Chinese formula to help protect from viruses AND tonify the lungs. It's an ideal formula for helping the body to fight off respiratory infections. If you're generally susceptible to upper respiratory infections or would simply like to keep your immune system resilient, this is a great formula. In Chinese medicine terms, this formula is specifically designed for those with deficiency of the Defence Qi (wei qi), characterized by fatigue, susceptibility to recurrent upper respiratory infections and spontaneous sweating. As with all Chinese tonifying medicines, this formula should ideally be taken for at least 3 months to get maximum benefit, but it will start helping straight away.

META ZINC WITH VITAMIN C

SCOTT SAYS:
Vitamin C and Zinc are the main nutrients for the immune system, along with Vitamin D, which is also included in this formula. This particular product contains highly absorbable forms of these nutrients, and the zinc is a proprietary Metagenics formulation which doesn't cause the nausea associated with many other forms of zinc. This is also REALLY EASY to take - a delicious orange or raspberry drink that my own kids actually ask for! Please note, you may receive either orange or raspberry flavour depending on what we are able to procure from our suppliers, who have been over-run with orders.

DO YOU NEED IT? SCOTT SAYS:
Gut health is key to good immunity, as your gut wall houses a massive 70% of your immune cells! This is a targeted probiotic immunity enhancer that's helpful for almost everyone, but is ESPECIALLY recommended if you have existing gut issues (e.g., constipation, loose stools, flatulence, gut pain) AND for people whose diet includes a lot of processed foods and not enough fibre and veggies. If your gut health is poor, this means the immune cells in your gut will suffer and put you at risk of succumbing to to invaders.

Liposomal Vitamin D3

DO YOU NEED IT? SCOTT SAYS:
Vitamin D is a main nutrient for the immune system. Although the Meta Zinc with C contains 500iu of D3 per serve, this is not sufficient if you're stuck in an office all day. I really like this convenient way of taking Vitamin D - just a quick spray in the mouth and you're done (it tastes nice too!) Vitamin D is also a key nutrient for a range of other vital bodily processes, and research shows Vitamin D deficiency has now been linked to breast cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, heart disease, depression, weight gain and other conditions.

Recommended for people with low Vitamin D levels. If you spend most of your days indoors, you're highly likely to be deficient in Vitamin D (ask your health practitioner for a test if you want to know for sure).

Free from dairy, gluten, yeast and soy protein. Free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. Contains potassium sorbate and ethanol.
